The newly reinvented Turbofan convection ovens are the result of many months of field research during which Moffat went to high volume food service venues and observed at length what worked well and what didn’t, and then put their findings to practical use in redesigning an already superior product. They offer a bi-directional fan system for faster, consistent baking results in a compact, space saving design. They also feature stainless steel exteriors with porcelain enamel oven chambers and safe-touch vented oven doors with easy clean glass. The market-leading tray spacing provides for greater product versatility and the halogen oven lamps give you higher quality lighting.
