Gas Hot plate has a stainless steel exterior. Each cast iron burner generates 32,000 BTU per hour, or 64,000 BTU total. Removable, 12″Wx12″D cast iron grates have a grooved top for direct, even heating and are designed to allow pots to slide easily off the surface without lifting. Full-width grease tray is removable.
