With stainless steel construction on the front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, this unit is built to last and is ideal for countertop, refrigerated base, or freezer base installations. The two 35,000 BTU open burners are designed for efficient cooking, with a clog-free design that maintains proper flame and prevents overflow liquids from interfering.

In addition to the open burners, the 24″ griddle offers ample space for cooking breakfast items and burgers with four 16,000 BTU burners underneath, heating a 1″ thick plate for excellent heat retention. Splash guards on the rear and sides help keep the area clean, while the stainless steel grease drawer makes cleanup fast and easy.
