This 60″ gas restaurant range is engineered for high-demand commercial kitchens, featuring (3) non-clog burners on the front right, (2) Pyromax burners on the rear right, and (4) star/sauté burners on the left side. It includes a standing pilot system and two standard ovens with battery spark ignition, each oven comes with one rack. The unit also has a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf and durable stainless steel construction. With 401,000 BTUs, it is CSA and NSF certified.
