The Spaceman USA 6690-CL High-Output Countertop Frozen Drink Machine is designed for busy operations serving frozen drinks, milkshakes, smoothies, coffee-based beverages, and cocktails. Featuring a 7.3 qt. cylinder and patented freezing technology, it delivers rapid freeze-down and recovery, producing up to 90 qt. per hour. Pre-cooling in the hopper chills product before it enters the freezing cylinder, reducing freeze times and allowing overnight storage of dairy-based mixes. Its low evaporator temperature also makes it ideal for freezing alcoholic beverages.
The drink machine also features Spacemans patented 100% Controlled Contact Flooded Evaporator, which ensures smaller ice crystals for a smooth, creamy texture. The single-piece V3 auger reduces parts and cleaning time while precisely scraping the cylinder walls for consistent quality. Operators can switch products or hardness levels in under 30 seconds, and a simple consistency setting allows standardization across multiple units. Additional features include an RGB display with low-level indicator, low-mix freeze protection, backlit virtual merchandising with interchangeable flavor cards.
