The Traulsen UHT27L Undercounter Refrigerator is designed for accurate temperature maintenance to keep food fresh and safe. This compact undercounter unit features a heavy-duty 22-gauge stainless steel cabinet. The interior of the cabinet and the door liner are made of anodized aluminum. The back and bottom of the cabinet exterior are constructed of galvanized steel. This unit has a left hinged door with 105° “stay-open” function that ensures easy loading and unloading of items. The self-closing door shuts at less than 90°. Easy-to-clean and remove, the Santoprene® material improves the overall life of the gasket.
Featuring a front-breathing design, the Traulsen UHT27L allows for zero clearance installation to save floor space. The door and the entire cabinet is foamed-in-place using 2″ thick, CFC-free, polyurethane insulation to enhance overall energy efficiency. The factory-balanced, rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses the R-134a refrigerant to ensure effective cooling. It also contains the highly efficient capillary tube metering device, an air-cooled hermetic compressor, a non-electric condensate evaporator, and a forced air evaporator coil. The unit operates at standard temperature levels between 34°F and 38°F. An interior mounted thermometer provides for accurate monitoring of cabinet temperatures. The door opens to reveal (2) powder-coated wire shelves for easy organization. The shelves are mounted on pilasters and can be adjusted at 1/2″ increments. Each shelf on the door has a minimum of 1-1/2″ spacing between them.
For easy maneuverability, the Traulsen undercounter refrigerator is fitted with (4) swivel casters. The unit requires a 120V electrical connection to function. An 8 ft cord and plug set comes included.
