The True STG2H-2G is a heated holding cabinet designed to keep baked or cooked foods hot and accessible in commercial kitchens. The cabinet includes three chrome-plated wire shelves per section, ensuring optimal space utilization. Constructed with stainless steel doors, floor, and ceiling, along with durable aluminum sides and back, it is built for longevity. Incandescent lighting, an exterior on/off switch, and electronic temperature control enhance user-friendliness. Self-closing doors, bolt-style locks, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation maintain warmth efficiently.
