This True TSSU-48-12MB Mega-Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table complies with NSF-7 standards. It helps store and assemble all the ingredients quickly and easily. This unit comes with a stainless steel top, front, and ends with GalFan coated steel back to prevent corrosion and ensure long-lasting, reliable performance. The interior of the unit features an attractive clear-coated aluminum lining and stainless steel floors for easy cleaning and maintenance. This prep table comes comprised of (12) sixth-size polycarbonate food pans. These pans are covered with patented insulated cover and hood to lock the freshness inside, keeping the area cool and reducing condensation. This cover is easy to remove for cleaning. This 36″H working table comes with a full-length cutting board that provides a sturdy and stable preparation surface.

True’s Mega-Top Table features two (2) doors and recessed handles with foamed-in-place sheet metal interlock. These self-closing doors come with stay-open feature up to 90° so that you can load and unload food products easily. There are four (4) vinyl coated wire shelves, adjustable to accommodate various sizes. The doors’ magnetic gaskets ensure an airtight seal. Forced air design holds temperature between 33°F to 41°F inside the cabinets and pan inserts. This temperature is maintained by the self-lubricated evaporator fan motor. The prep table uses 1/3 hp compressor and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero (0) ozone depletion potential and three (3) global warming potential. 5″ stem casters enable easy movement around the kitchen.
