The True TSSU-60-10-HC prep table features stainless steel and GalFan-coated aluminum construction with polyurethane foam insulation. The unit is designed for durability, with reinforced door handles and easy-to-clean, rust-resistant materials. A white polyethylene cutting board provides a workspace. The top section includes 10 sixth-size food pans with an insulated lid for ingredient storage. Additional open workspace accommodates garnishes and supplies. The refrigerated cabinet and top maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and large fans. A self-lubricating evaporator fan and epoxy-coated evaporator ensure efficient operation. The condensing fan motor’s reverse feature keeps the condensing coil clean, reducing energy consumption and enhancing product temperatures. Regular maintenance is recommended.
