The True TSSU-60-24M-B-DS-ST-HC mega-top prep table is built for efficiency and cleanliness. It’s equipped with 24 sixth-size food pans in the countertop prep area and can accommodate 6-inch-deep food pans (not included). This NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant unit features an NSF-approved interior with a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning.
The magnetic gaskets inside the doors have a one-piece construction and can be removed without tools. It’s mounted on 5-inch diameter stem castors, with locks on the front set to secure the unit in place. The dual-sided design provides a 36-inch work surface height and features a polyethylene cutting board that spans the length of the unit for food preparation.
The condensing fan motor operates in reverse for 20 seconds when the compressor starts, keeping the condensing coil clean. Regular maintenance complements this feature, ensuring efficient cooling, reduced energy consumption, and overall improved performance.
