The True TSSU-72-08-HC food prep table is designed to maintain uniform temperatures in both the food pan area and the cabinet interior. It operates within a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing operators to adjust it as needed for specific applications. Maintenance is made easy with a condenser that slides out from the back, ensuring convenient access for service. The unit features a self-cleaning compressor fan that reverses for 20 seconds during startup, effectively removing dust buildup from the condensing coil. This self-cleaning feature improves efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and extends the unit’s lifespan, although regular maintenance remains essential.
The refrigeration system of the True TSSU-72-08-HC uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is more environmentally responsible than traditional options. It comes equipped with eight sixth-size pans, each 4 inches deep, in the pan area. However, it can also accommodate 6-inch-deep pans, available separately. For added protection against contaminants, a stainless steel hood and lid assembly can be easily pulled over the ingredients. Additionally, there is ample space next to the pan rail for small equipment and dry ingredients.
