The True TSSU-72-18-ADA-HC sandwich prep table is ADA-compliant, with a spacious work surface and (18) 1/6 size pans (4″ deep) for ingredients. It features stainless steel construction, a 1/2 hp refrigeration system using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, and robust insulation to maintain temperatures between 33-40°F. The unit is easy to clean with coved corners and recessed door handles. It comes with six adjustable wire shelves and has 4″ casters for mobility. A 115V electrical connection is needed for operation.
