This oversized True TWT-67 Worktop Refrigerator offers superior performance and is low on maintenance. Its highly efficient mechanism is appropriate for commercial kitchens and provides users with colder product temperatures and exceptional food safety. Featuring a refrigeration system, the unit uses capillary tube technology to cool the contents. The system uses an environmentally friendly, CFC-free 134A refrigerant. With its guided airflow, the unit ensures even temperature levels throughout the cabinet. Heavy-duty and PVC coated, the four-wire shelves can be easily adjusted and have four chrome-plated clips included in each of them. The shelf support pilasters are also made of stainless steel.
Users can make adjustments to the shelves by increments of 1/2″. An extra-large evaporator coil is balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and a large condenser. Ensuring the best food preservation, the unit maintains cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. A sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor, and large fan blade give efficient low velocity, high volume airflow design. Its unique design promotes faster temperature recovery time and reduces run times even in the busiest of food service settings. The condensing unit slides out for easy access from behind the front grill to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks. The stainless steel exterior front, top, and ends have white aluminum liner to match the cabinet interior. Each door on the unit is fitted with 12″ long recessed handle that is foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock which ensures permanent attachment.
True TWT-67 has positive seal doors that swing within the cabinet dimensions. The magnet gaskets can be easily removed and have a one-piece design. Top and Backsplash are a one-piece formed construction that adds maximum corrosion-resistance and long-lasting durability. Conveniently designed, the unit prevents trapping of bacteria and food particles underneath. It has four 5″ dia. stem casters with locks on the front set. The interior is NSF approved and has a steel floor with coved corners to aid easy cleaning.
