Staff must use the QPad touchscreen controller to set the desired menu item from a set of 40. The unit will then heat to temperatures between 86 to 536 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the recipe setting. Additionally, the cabinet is equipped with a 12-minute preheat time.
Externally, the TurboChef CBO-9500-1 triple-heating high-speed oven is made of 430 stainless steel with black accents for a stylish design. The interior is constructed of 304 stainless steel and measures 13 25 inches wide by 13 25 inches wide. This cabinet is ventless, so it can be placed anywhere in a commercial kitchen.
