Germs are confronted by the NSF2 Certified clear acrylic breath guard w/12″ clearance. Four standard-sized pans fit perfectly into the 6″ well with a 1″ drain. Locking casters provide the best of both worlds, because your station can be kept steady during use, but can also be moved for cleaning.
