It’s wrapped in a black finish with a 35″ high work surface made of one sheet of stainless steel and an acrylic breath guard with a 12″ clearance, to keep contaminants far from your food. The 6″ deep stainless steel well holds 4 pans and has a 1″ drain to simplify cleaning.
