Description
A great alternative to using a food processor, the stainless steel food mill is ideal for straining and puréeing cooked fruits and vegetables without retaining seeds, skin and fibers. Simply turn the crank and the semi-circular blade sweeps over, compresses and scrapes the food. The mill has a capacity of 5 quarts and the cutting plates are interchangeable with round perforations 8mm, 4mm, 3mm or 2mm dia, and 3 x 8.5mm rectangular grates.
