If you want a fast way to add Halo Heat’s superior means of retaining the goodness of your foods while they’re waiting to be served, you can add the electric drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit to any existing serving area with a sneeze guard and overhead light or to a prep table for plating hot foods. It’s made of stainless steel and 6 inch deep with the capacity to hold one 12 inch x 20 inch full size pan and one 12 inch x 6 inch one-third size pan. The pans aren’t included, but two pan divider bars are included. It’s thermostatically controlled, and has a setting range of 1 to 10 with a heat indicator light. The control is attached to the unit by a 36 inch water tight tether and can be flush-mounted on the counter-top remotely mounted near by. Because you don’t add water to the case, steam burns are avoided and no drain is required. You also won’t have to deal with lime or scale build-up.
