The Arctic Air ARCB60 refrigerated chef base is a perfect compliment to grills and griddles. It has an insulated top to eliminate heat transfer to the interior of the cabinet. The top comes with a marine edge on all sides. This model’s 62″W exterior consists of a full stainless steel front, sides and top. This front breathing chef base has a self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly CFC-free refrigerant. The condensing unit is front accessible for easy cleaning and maintenance. Its two drawers feature stainless steel linings and frames. An electronic thermostat with external digital LED display provides accurate control and easy reading. Each drawer is equipped with magnetic gaskets that are removable for cleaning.
