The Everest Refrigeration EPPR2-D4 is a spacious drawered pizza prep table, measuring 71″W x 41.25″H x 36.5″D. With a 23.0 cu. ft. capacity, it’s perfect for commercial kitchens. It features self-contained side-mounted refrigeration for precise temperature control.
The stainless steel top accommodates (9) 1/3 size pans and has a 1/2″ thick insulated lid. The prep table includes (4) heavy-duty stainless steel drawers and a 19-1/4″ cutting board for convenience. Digital controls with an LED display and auto defrost make operation easy.
Constructed with stainless steel interior, front, top, and sides for durability and hygiene, it has galvanized steel at the bottom and rear. (2) leg stabilizers and (4) 5″ swivel casters, including (2) locking, offer stability and mobility. It uses environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant.
